Tasting of five Hic et Nunc wines accompanied with a selection of gastronomic excellence by Ristorante Sant’Uffizio Enrico Bartolini.

At the end of the cooking show, there will be a lunch with an opportunity to enjoy a selection of culinary delights created by the Restaurant Sant’Uffizio and Enrico Bartolini.
Finger food
- Potato croquettes with spices and veal sausage
- Chef’s tart
- Marinated fried eel and vegetables
- Quail eggs with carrots and ginger
- Veal and tuna
Selection of cold cuts
- Coppa, cooked salame, local salame
Selection of cheeses
- Robiola di Roccaverano, Ricotta Seirass, Murazzano DOP paired with Cugnà sauce
Risotto
- Risotto with yellow pepper and Hic et Nunc Pandemonio Brut Rosè with olives and marinated mackerel.
Selection of desserts
- Hazelnut crème caramel
- Pear gelatine, amaretto cream dessert, Barbera Hic et Nunc sauce
