Pandemonio is produced with the “long” Martinotti-Charmat method; temperature-controlled re-fermentation in autoclave and ageing over yeasts for 9 months. An extremely fine perlage, intense and delicate fragrances, fruity notes, and a gentle and immediate character. Our Pandemonio is the perfect spumante for a happy hour or an aperitif with friends.
